Everything you need to know before your visit

We want your first visit to go smoothly. Here's what to expect and how to prepare.

1

Get a Referral

Most patients are referred by their primary care physician. If you need a referral, ask your doctor — or call us to discuss your situation.

2

Bring Your Records

Bring any imaging, lab results, or pathology reports you have. We'll request additional records from your previous providers as needed.

3

Your First Visit

Plan for about an hour. We'll review your history, discuss your diagnosis, and outline a treatment approach — with time for all your questions.

4

Insurance & Access

We accept most major insurance plans. Our front desk team can verify your coverage before your visit — just call us at (540) 381-5291.

Emergency? Call 911.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Our office is not equipped to handle emergencies. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, call our office and we will direct you to the appropriate care.
